facility. I have designed and informally inspected thousands of piping systems in
my 20 plus years with Praxair, Inc. and have to say this is one of the finest gas
transmission systems I have ever been involved with. The attention to detail is
extraordinary. Every weld inspected seemed flawless, the pressure testing and leak
testing measures your team employed were far superior to what most other users of
industrial and specialty gases would employ. The extraordinary safety measures you
have incorporated with all of the redundancies, remote shut-off valves, state of
the art gas cabinets, monitors and alarm systems is very commendable. In short I
did not see any thing during the inspection that could be improved upon with the
current technology available. Your facility would be a show place for those that
