High purity piping is NOT plumbing. The tubing, system
components, fittings, and equipment, are specially cleaned, treated, handled, and
packaged to ensure quality. Since the items can prove to be costly, it's important
that they are handled and installed by professionals. When you invest in a cylinder
gas, or a water purification system that has been certified, and guaranteed to contain
specific maximum or minimum levels of impurities and/or additives, you need to be
confident that those levels are maintained from the source of supply to the point
of use. It's important to build a system that meets or exceeds the integrity of
the process. This is where the old adage, “A chain is only as strong as it's weakest
link”, applies.
No two systems are alike. Each and every one is unique
to the requirements of the process being performed. Our knowledgeable staff will
help you design a system that is compatible to your specific needs, as efficiently
and cost effectively as possible.
Ultra-high purity:
Used when a process requires the control of sub-micron particles to < 10 and
< 10 ppm moisture. These systems typically serve the semi-conductor industry,
and commonly deliver spectrographic grade gases which are certified to 99.999 and
higher purity levels. This type of system is 100% orbitaly welded, and strict handling
protocol is practiced during the entire assembly phase.
Dual containment:
Used when ultra-high purity is a must and hazardous gases are involved. These
systems include redundant safety features due to the hazardous nature of the gas.
also 100% orbitally welded.
Single carrier:
Also Used when ultra high purity is a must but the gases involved are considered
as inert or non-hazardous. also 100% orbitally welded.
High purity:
Used when a process requires gases from 99.9 to
99.99 pure, but does not the standards of an ultra-high purity system. These can
be hand bent and welded, and include compression fittings depending on the application.
Facility and control systems:
Constructed of hand bent tubing and compression fittings, these systems are used
to deliver products such as de-ionized water, house nitrogen, house vacuum, control
air, and PCWR & S to various controls, holding devices, gloveboxs and cooling
applications.
Clean for oxygen service copper:
Used where larger volumes of gas are required. Primarily laser cutting and arc sheilding
applications, these are built using special coppoer tubing, and brazing techniques
that guarantee clean, oxidation free, joints on the I.D. of the tube.
An operating infrastructure that is free of contaminants can be the key to success,
and Infinity High Purity Systems has the knowledge, experience and ability, to control
micro-contamination in your process systems, in turn giving you the ability to run
your business with…a cleaner state of confidence!
